Contact Us

We are open 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday, but you can contact us any time, any day.

Reaching out for help can feel difficult, especially when you are unsure where to begin. Our contact team is on hand through standard opening hours from Monday to Friday, and messages sent at other times are still welcome and will be picked up as soon as possible. Whether you are a survivor of sexual assault, a worried friend or relative, or a professional supporting someone else, you can start a conversation with us in confidence and without needing to have all the details ready.

Sometimes the first step is simply asking a question, and that is completely okay. You do not need to have been assaulted in order to contact us, and you do not need a referral, a diagnosis, or any paperwork before we can talk. If you are unsure whether what happened counts as sexual violence, our trained staff can talk through your experience in a calm, non-judgemental way, helping you understand the support options that may be available to you.

If the situation is urgent and someone is in immediate danger, please contact the police or emergency services rather than waiting for a reply from us. Our service complements the emergency pathway, providing ongoing, person-centred support for adults and people aged eighteen and over who have experienced sexual assault, alongside practical information about the process of reporting and what to expect at each stage.

All enquiries are handled with privacy as a priority, and you can ask for the details you would like us to share, or for them to be kept from certain people, at any point. Your questions are answered by real people who understand the sensitive nature of this work. We also work closely with other agencies and support organisations across Lincolnshire, so if we are not the right service for your particular needs, we will point you toward a more suitable source of help.
