Spring Lodge Centre provides a caring, sensitive and dedicated service for people in Lincolnshire who have experienced rape, sexual assault or sexual abuse. The centre's purpose is built around empowerment: supporting individuals to understand the options available to them so they can make the decisions that feel right for their own situation. Support is available to anyone over the age of 18 who has been sexually assaulted, and staff approach every contact with the same level of care, respect and confidentiality.
The team at Spring Lodge Centre is made up of trained staff who understand how difficult it can be to talk about sexual violence. Every call is treated with sensitivity, and people are never expected to have all the answers before reaching out. Whether someone is unsure what happened, in danger, or simply needs someone to listen, the service offers a calm, non-judgemental space where feelings can be explored at whatever pace feels comfortable.
Alongside direct support, Spring Lodge Centre publishes resources, leaflets and posters to help people recognise the signs of sexual assault and to find useful information about services. A library of resources is available for service users, friends, relatives and professionals such as police, health workers and support staff. These materials are shared with partner organisations and external websites so that accurate, helpful information reaches as many people as possible across the county.
Because people may not know where to turn, the centre also works through referral pathways. Professionals and agencies can refer clients or patients to Spring Lodge, and individuals can make contact directly if they are unsure which service applies to them. The aim of this approach is to keep access simple, so that someone who has been sexually assaulted and needs support is pointed quickly towards a service that is right for their particular needs and circumstances.
Anyone who has been sexually assaulted and is in immediate danger or facing an emergency should seek help without delay. Spring Lodge Centre recognises that emergencies require prompt attention, and the service is structured so that urgent needs are handled quickly alongside longer-term support. For general enquiries, questions about services, or support for a friend, relative or colleague, the centre offers clear guidance on the next steps available and the different ways of getting in touch.
You can contact us any time, any day. Whether you are looking for help yourself, or supporting a friend or relative, we are here to listen.
